Leveraging her background she has been instrumental in creating a team of vibrant leaders across business units. She is an Independent Women Director on Board of BSE Listed Company - SPS Finquest Ltd and also acting as its Audit Committee Chairperson.

Her passion for quality gets reflected in the various processes of the Group’s operations and has always set new benchmark in terms of quality of delivery. She has shaped the future of SCON through her tireless and dedicated efforts and has been instrumental in building a vibrant knowledge support base via research & knowledge initiatives. She has always taken personal interest in nurturing the client relationship at SCON.
